Warranties

We have a two year warranty on any prescription spectacles you buy from us. Our warranty covers any accidental damage specifically excluding cover for loss or theft. Frames and lenses will only be replaced once during the warranty period. In the first year we fully replace your damaged frame and lenses. In the second year we’ll pay half the cost of replacement.
